Safeguarding

At Gridchance, we understand that taking part in prize draws should always be fun and enjoyable. We also recognise that it’s easy for some users to get carried away, which is why we’re committed to safeguarding you. We provide tools such as spending limits and timeouts to help ensure participation remains responsible, controlled, and stress-free.

Details on how to activate each option from you account are as follows:

Play Safe Instructions

  1. Login to your Gridchance account
  2. Navigate to the Play Safe tab from your account page
  3. Set your safe play limit in the textbox
  4. Select the Safe Play Duration from the list
  5. Press the Save button to set your preferences

Timeout Instructions

  1. Login to your Gridchance account
  2. Navigate to the Timeout tab from your account page
  3. Select your required Time Period from the dropdown menu
  4. Type 'I Confirm' in the confirmation textbox
  5. Press the Save button to set your preferences

All changes to safe play settings require a 24 hour cooling off period before you can reset your settings
